We are able to provide large scale installations for conventions and corporate events. We have the ability to do large screens, multiple breakout rooms and will work with each event to provide the solution that will work for your needs.
Film Sets
We are always on film sets. We have worked on many TV shows and movies, as well as countless music videos and commercials. Projection has become an important tool for filmmakers and LA Projector Rentals has the experience and expertise to help you make your shoot a visual success.
Integrated Events
We work with many events that require a variety of skills. We can provide, audio, lighting, staging, and anything else you need as well as projection. We know how to work with a camera crew, make sure our lighting does not interfere with our projection, as well as be make sure speaker, DJ and projection can all share a sound system.
Wedding & Private Events
We provide projection services for small events as well. We always have the time and inventory to service your wedding, anniversary or any other private event that you have. We want every event to be a success.
Drive in Movies
We can provide inflatable screens of up to 20 feet tall X 40 feet wide. We can also provide crystal clear FM broadcast of the audio as well. We provide turnkey Service and can provide everything you need including from power to film licensing. We have already done many of these screenings with great success.

We can provide large format screens , Hi Lumens projectors and terrific Audio to make a film festival, wrap party, or any type of industry screening a great success. Our terms and conditions are straight forward. Basically you are responsible for bringing every item back in the same condition it left. Charges for broken or missing items will be billed to your credit card on file. Your driver’s license and credit card will be photocopied at time of pickup. If you send a friend or relative to pickup the gear for you, they will have their driver’s license and credit card photocopied and will sign as responsible for the equipment. At pickup, or prior via email, you will receive our terms & conditions that outline all of this information, padded out with big legal words to make it all more official.
Can LAPR help me decide what AV rental gear I need?

How can I pay for an equipment rental?
LAPR accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express. For corporate accounts and other recurring customers we offer additional billing options. We generally take a 50% deposit on a credit card to hold the gear for your reservation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]What are your weekend rental rates?
Pick up your rental AV gear after 1pm on Friday and return it by Monday at noon and you are only charged for one day.
How can I get the rental equipment to my location?
We have several options:
You can come to one of our offices located in Los Angeles and pick it up yourself.
We can also deliver and pickup rental items most anywhere in the Greater Los Angeles for a nominal fee.
What if I can’t figure out how to work the rental equipment?
LAPR is specifically selected with ease-of-use in mind. When you receive your rental item, we walk you through everything you’ll need to know. Many of our AV rental items come with a step-by-step quick reference guide. Still need help, give us a call! We provide true 24/7 free phone support for all our outstanding rentals.
